Agenda of the “Training and Research Strategy for Safeguarding the Archaeological Complexes in the Mekong Region” conference

From 27 to 28 May 2019, AICS Hanoi will participate in the conference “Training and Research Strategy for Safeguarding the Archaeological Complexes in the Mekong Region”, which will take place at My Son, Quang Nam province, Vietnam.

This conference is organized by the Italian Embassy in Vietnam, in close collaboration with the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province, in the presence of H.E. Antonio Alesssandro – Ambassador of Italy, Dr. Tran Van Tan – Vice President of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province, Dr. Martino Melli – Director of AICS Hanoi, representatives of related agencies and organizations, and guests from various countries of the Mekong region.

At the event, Dr. Melli will present a specific intervention regarding restoration and conservation of cultural heritage in Vietnam, analyzing possible development prospects in Vietnam’s cities.
